two issues: 1) kitchen faucet leaking at shoulder. 2) toilet flushing twice Neither item was resolved: faucet was bought online so plumber didn't have specs; he tried removing the spout but when it didn't come apart he said if he forced it it might break. So that fix didn't happen. 2) toilet: said he could replace flapper for $20 or so, but no change. He said there wasn't enough flow into the toilet--probably because of lime build-up at the bowl entry points. No fix there. $225 After he left, I did ream out the water entry points under the lip of the toilet bowl which increased the flow. Basically, he said I needed a new faucet and toilet. I kind of wish he had taken the faucet apart because it still leaks if I move the spout left or right. The plumber was pleasant though.

We had a leaking sink faucet in the bathroom. Sandra at The Pleasant Plumber answered our call and scheduled us for a same-day evaluation. It wasn't an easy fix--the plumbing was 25 years old and there was some rusting and corrosion--but Chris, a Master Plumber, diagnosed the problem correctly and had it fixed for us, quickly and efficiently, the next morning. He was polite and genial--indeed pleasant! Pricing was reasonable. We recommend highly!

Explained what he was doing and why. Cleared the drain and showed images from video of drain pipe from our bathroom to the city’s sewer pipe. Friendly and courteous.
