I'm extremely satisfied with the service we received from Pleasant Plumber. We worked with Will. He came to my house immediately, assessed the problem and made the repair in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this company to friends and family.

They were very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The quote and install was complete within 3 hours of arrival after scheduling us right away - very nice to have such prompt service, especially going into a holiday weekend. They cleaned up after themselves, even cleaning up from a previous service call; you never see that! I would definitely recommend them!

Will and the team were excellent. What started as a relatively simple job replacing some old laundry shutoff valves turned into a much larger project when our main shutoff also needed repair and the street-side shutoff could not be used. Will coordinated directly with the city, helped navigate the additional work, and made sure everything was handled properly. Throughout the process, I really appreciated their transparency, pricing, and clear recommendations. The project ended up being more involved than any of us anticipated, but I am very glad we used them and had everything taken care of correctly and in a timely manner. I would absolutely recommend Will and the team.

Fantastic. Will got everything diagnosed and quotes, Trevor and Chris came out and did the work the next day. Installed a new faucet and hardware under the sink. They were here and done with the work before the time window they even gave us! Great job and will definitely use again if needed!

Very pleased! Thought I would have to get two different contractors to remove 60 inch vanity base, top, and mirror--then cap my plumbing. These guys did it all. Plus, gave me the option of hauling it away. Two guys and a couple of hours and it was done. The guys were friendly, professional, and respectful of my home. I'd hire again.
