They were very good at communicating about when they could do the job and kept me informed. The plumber said I needed to get other pop-ups for sinks because the ones that came with the faucets were "too big." I went and got them and then it turned out the first ones were just right so I had to make another trip to take them back. (All pop-ups are the same diameter.)
