Besides the previous comments, the technician was informative anf helpful. But the one thing that really impressed me was how fast I could get service. On a Saturday afternoon after I had called around 10 other companies with no luck, I called The Plumbing Experts and they were at my home in about an hour and got the job done. Fantastic!

I had trouble completing this job on my own, so I connected with Ben Franklin through HomeAdvisor. The technician was prompt, friendly, professional and informative about the work being done. I purchased the faucet from Lowe’s myself. Two hours of labor for $374 seems a bit high to me, but I am still pleased that the job was completed on time and professionally.

Septic Tank Cleaning or Pump Out
This was our first cleaning for our septic tank- after 13 years of use. The young technician did an excellent job and was very professional ! Luckily, we had no damage to the lines and all went well with the sludge removal. I would recommend this company if you need septic tank maintenance!

I needed to replace fill in the tank and the mechanic arrived ahead of schedule and replaced the parts in about 15 minutes. He was very caring of surroundings and wore covers on his shoes. I was very pleased with the entire experience.

management was very great but they did not fix the other problems that they caused. They repaired a facet and when i went to turn it on it flooded my bathroom and my kitchen

I had a leak under kitchen sink week of thanksgiving. They came out earlier than scheduled to accommodate me. Shawn did a great job in repairing everything that was needed. Was very professional, I was impressed with his work and would HIGHLY RECOMMAND HIM AND HIS COMPANY for future work ! !
