This company sets the bar for professionalism and customer service. I had two major indoor and outdoor (main water line replaced) and they were spot on and offer interest free financing. It helps when faced with a major unexpected cost. I did not hesitate when my hot water heater went out to call them. I went with their recommendations and Mikhail Lynch is fantastic. He even checked to see if the water had penetrated my walls and flooring and unfortunately it had. I appreciate he thoroughness. I have manufacturer and company warranties on everything they installed. This is not your typical old school plumbing company. Technology with camera's to scope drains and the pictures they took, helped with the insurance company as well. Absolutely recommend The Plumbing Authority for your plumbing needs.

Chris arrived as planned. He was a very organized young man and a good problem solver. He kept me updated during the install left a clean work area when completed. I would recommend requesting Chris for your tankless install. Chris came back out to install a shorter flexible gas line to clean up lines. He found a slight gas leak in the existing hard line that was not involved in the install. He repaired it quickly and efficiently! You’ll want to request this young man for your install!

Mark was personable and helpful in pointing out potential problem areas in our 32 year old home. I appreciated that. He was efficient in replacing a leaking outdoor spigot that was the subject of the visit. I was impressed with him and with The Plumbing Authority and would certainly call on them again as needed.
