Chuck replied to our request for a plumber within 20 minutes, and half an hour later, he was at our house. We needed to replace shower and tub fixtures in one of our bathrooms. We had already purchased fixtures, but when he looked at them, he advised us that the brand we had gotten was not the best and that we should exchange them. Not only did he give us advice on the best brand that would not need as many repairs, but he offered to meet me at Lowe's to exchange the fixtures and to make sure that I got a few extra pieces that we would need to do everything right.....we have never had such excellent service with any home repair person before! Chuck was polite, did perfect work and was fast. His fee was very reasonable too. We are so glad to have found such a great local plumber, and we definitely plan to hire him again in the next few months for some more home improvement projects.

Chuck responded to my request within the half hour and was at the house in the next half hour. He was very professional and friendly. He explained in detail what needed to be done and why. Even went out and purchased the faucet for me. I was so very pleased with the results of the job. My project was a water heater replacement. I chose Chuck because he was very detailed on his explanation of the work to be done and his price was very reasonable. Discussing the project with him it was clear that he knew his stuff and that he wasn't new to this line of work. Chuck was prompt and worked very hard. We are very pleased with the way how our water heater replacement came out (so much so that we hired him again to take care of some additional plumbing needs).
