They did 528.00 worth of work and did not even get the bathroom to working order. I would not have someone work on a bathroom to fix it partially.

"We completed only the work the tenant requested and you, the landlord, authorized it. We did not pick and choose what to do or not to do. You did. We realize you are frustrated by your tenants dissatisfaction, but this is not a complaint we can fix unless you authorize us to complete the work your tenant is requesting. You told us no, so as the landlord you deserve this review rating, not The Plumbing Pro. In conclusion, we have so many five-star reviews because we are honest, clearly explain our repairs and when we fall short, we are always interested in making things right with our customers."

Terry showed up within minutes of our SOS call. Cleaned the clogged drain thoroughly. Then replaced a main line shutoff valve speedily and without incident. Very polite, cleaned up the site after the jobs and provided preventive measures to prevent further clogging.
