t was very nice work done, and very reasonable charges than any other plumbing companies. He find the problem that doesn't need to be fixed, than explain to me how to avoid happening again without charges. The only charges is toward the other project that has been fixed immediately. Thank you very much, I definitely will call you again if I have projects to be done next time.

Water Heater Installation and Replacement
The man that came out and installed the new hot water heater was very good, he did a good job installing and makeing the connections. The only problem we have now is that the hot water barely comes out of the faucet. It seemed fine when he was done and left, but about a week went by and the water slowed to about a 1/3 of the pressure we had with the old hot water heater. I wish I had his number, I'd give him a call and see what can be done. It takes forever to wash dishes. Other than that, everything seems fine with the installation. Water Heater Repair or Service
The plumbing Therapist did an outstanding job! I talked to Donna on the phone around 5:00, and she had someone out at my house at 8:00 that evening. My water heater was fixed in less that 1/2 hour at a very reasonable cost. They will be the first ones that I call if I have any other plumbing problems. I would highly recommend this company.

The person sent did a good job but his price was very high. $105.00 for forty five minutes worth of work with maybe $3.00 worht of parts.

I requested plumbing service on Sat morning, recieved a call about 9:00 to set an appointment for that same date. He arrived on time at noon to fix a leaking water pipe to the toilet. He replaced the valve and was done in half hour and gone. When I checked the valve a couple hrs later, it was still leaking. I called him and he came back immediately and replaced the leaking pipe. I was very happy to have it all fixed the same day w/out having to take off of work.
