Drain Clog or Blockage Clearing
Leo arrived a little late but was professional and courteous. He also asked if there were any other problems that he could repair while there. Most techs only repair what was requested. I think I have leak somewhere due to very high water bills for the past 6 months, so I will be requesting their services again in the future.

Leo and Solomon were very easy to talk to and they explained the work and problem I had with my water heater They did a good job. I am planning to have them do another job for me at a later date.

As soon as i put my request on Home Advisor, i received a friendly call from the staff of The Plumbologist. The scheduling process was so easy and convenient. Leo came on time and was prepared to fix my leaky exterior faucet. I was impressed with his professionalism and quick response. I will definitely recommend The Plumbologist and will use them again if the need arises. Excellent job!!!

Leo identified plumbing done by David Godson as being faulty, not meet code and simply would not work. Leo fixed the problems within the price and time frame he quoted. Leo is very professional, does good work at a fair price.

Leo came immediately when I posted the request to repair my kitchen faucet. Showed me how to order the broken parts at no cost from the Moen manufacturer anad came back to install them the day they arrived.

Installed the new waterheater fine. No issues with that. However, misdiagnosed the issue twice. 1st time it was diagnosed with a bad thermostat. After paying for that and it still didn't work, he told me it was not the water heater but a bad electrical system from the breaker and I had to contact an electrician. Wasted $100 for an electrician just to tell me there's power going to the waterheater. He came back out and replaced the water heater and refunded the 1st repair. Plumber needs to learn how to use a basic volt meter.

Cynthia contacted me to schedule a date for Leo to view the project and provide me with an estimate. She was very courteous and professional (5 star customer service). Leo met me at the property and evaluated the project. He followed-up with a written estimate at my request and completed the project the very next day. Leo was courteous, knowledgeable and very professional. I will definitely call on Leo for any future plumbing problems.

Work completed on 4/15/2013, quoted on 4/13/2013. The service technican was outstanding! Showed up for the appointment on time, spent the time necessary to explain what the repair would intail, provided a written quote. Upon award of the work, he completed the work in a timly, professional manner. The Company's customer service group called to ensure the tech had arrived as promised and to follow up on any questions. I would recommend this Company for anyone in need of plumbing services.
