very friendly and prompt. Knowledgeable about the chemicals and equipment. He welcomed questions and said he loved to teach about pool care and chemistry. Very fair price (consistent with other estimates for our area).

To start service was good and pricing is fair, but as time went on it gradually went down hill. The "Pool boy" would schedule weekly appointments to clean, and simply not show up, nor bother to call to reschedule. When brought to his attention he would apologize & turn around and do the same thing a few weeks later. I believe if you are paying for a service, you should get quality service... and if by chance a situation arises where a appointment can NOT be kept, the technician should have enough respect and professionalism for other people's time to CALL and reschedule, instead of leaving people to wait & wonder. When you have a business such as a cleaning service... keeping REGULARLY scheduled appointments is IMPORTANT... failure to do so, results in being FIRED. I will gladly pay more for a professional to service our pool from here on out. Save your money ,time, and frustration.... and use a professional.

The job is not quite complete, but I feel comfortable enough to rate our experience. Jeremy has a good personality and has done a good job clearing our pool of algae. He estimated a price wthin a range until he could give a firm quote, and has also quoted a price for maintenance. All prices have been reasonable. We intend to use him for maintenance once the initial clearing job is complete.
