I do not recommend hiring this guys, they?re very unprofessional and rude. The guy who came to clean my pool had my gate wide opened. I specifically told them to be careful with the gate because I have three dogs. I call the guy that answers the phone and he proceeded to tell me that I was rude to his Employee. At no time he apologize or he understood what was the problem. If you have pets do not use them and if you?re looking for a professional Service find somebody else I canceled and I told the guy to get out of my house.

During the service, our technician temporarily opened the gate as necessary to access the pool area and perform the scheduled work. We fully understand the importance of being careful when pets are present. Unfortunately, the interaction escalated when our technician was confronted while performing the service. When the matter was brought to management?s attention, we attempted to address the situation professionally. At no time did our technician or management insult or disrespect the customer. We respect the customer's decision to discontinue service, but we do not believe this review accurately reflects the professionalism of our company or the circumstances of the incident. We take customer concerns seriously and always welcome respectful communication so that any issue can be addressed appropriately. We remain committed to providing responsible, professional pool service to our customers."

I’ve owned this home for 10 years, and I’ve never had my pool look this good. Always on time and goes above and beyond with things that come up. Not only are they good at service, if there is something wrong with the system, they are knowledgeable and now how to fix everything. Before I had to outsource this work. I work full time so I don’t have time to research and find other pool professionals. It’s a one stop shop for literally anything needed and fixed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I contacted this company to vacuum the pool floor because debris was settling at the bottom and it was hard for me to keep it clean. The Pool Boy Service cleaned the filter and thoroughly vacuumed the pool floor. It’s ready for summer swimming.

The Pool Boy company was recommended to me. I used them to install a new motor (a Pentair Whisperflo) and a a new filter. Both were done professionally and promptly. More importantly to most of us, the cost was way below what others quoted. I heartily recommend them for any pool service you need.
