    Shane was absolutely wonderful. His work is impeccable. He came right on time when he said he would be here, he was very polite and knowledgeable about swimming pools. I had a new liner installed on my in ground pool, and he did a fantastic job. I would recommend Shane from pool brothers for any pool service you need. Class A business.

    I was in need of a new in ground pool liner, I had originally called a pool company that has been around for may years, I know that they were very busy since it was the peak of the pool repair season. They took down all of my information and told me someone would get back to me soon, I did not hear from them for weeks so I stumbled upon Pool Brothers. Shane, the owner of the company was very quick to respond, give us some options and was able to answer all of my questions with confidence. In addition I had some special requests and said he could take care of all of them and his prices for the liner and extra requests seemed very reasonable. I went ahead and contracted with Shane/Pool Brothers and he ordered the liner, which was to take about 3 weeks (remember I ordered at the peak of the season). The first company I contacted finally sent me an email with a quote after about 6 weeks, They never even called me back, I don't know if they were even out to look at the pool. There quote was twice what Pool Brothers quoted and I also don't even know if they were quoting the thicker liner I ordered from Pool Brothers. When the liner came in Shane called to let us know when he would be out to pump the water out of the pool and install the liner. He pumped the water out one day and came back the next day to install the liner. By the second day the pool was being filled and was nearly ready to be used (as soon as it was completely full). I might mention that I know that Shane had a number of pool liners that he and his crew were installing, they were quite busy. In spite of how busy he was Shane was on the job most of the time working with his crew. FYI one of the items I thought I should replace was the padding behind the liner so I contracted with Shane to replace it. When he pulled the old liner out he convinced me not to replace the padding as he felt it was in great shape, which saved me money. He could easily have just replaced it and charged me. I did have a corner of the liner start to pull away from the coping which Shane said happens frequently. We called him out and he quickly came back out and put it back into the coping. I can't say enough good things about how professional an honest Shane and his crew are. I would recommend Pool Brothers to anyone needing a pool liner replaced (they specialize in pool liners).     Shane at Pool Bro's was exceptional! We have a T-shaped pool and knew this replacement liner was not going to be a small project. As soon as it arrived, they had our pool drained and new liner installed within just a couple of days.. AND IT LOOKS GREAT!! I highly recommend Shane and the Pool Brother!

    Pool brothers did an excellent job installing my in-ground vinyl liner. Shane's bid was over $500 under everyone else's. He was very knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. His crew worked extremely quickly and efficiently and my liner was installed in the pool and ready to go in 2 days. He also did some extra work that I needed on the pool filter that I'm very happy with as well.

    Our liner fits like a GLOVE! Really impressed with the quality of the workmanship on our liner replacement and would use them again every time! We are still waiting on replacement caps for liner joins near the stairs, but they had to be ordered. Plan to follow up this week!
