They were GREAT! My new liner is so beautiful, they were here when promised were friendly and efficient.Can’t say enough about the job. So happy thanks Ed and the crew!

Ed is hard to contact. They did a very good job removing and replacing my inground pool liner. The pool light was going to be changed with a new low voltage one. Ed could not change it the cord is stuck in the conduit. I understand that. He left the old light laying on the deck and the junction box open and wires disconnected. He said he had a plan and fix it in the next day or two. He did not come back ! I called and left messages 6 times and tried email several times . It has been 6 weeks since the liner was installed. I'm not complaining about the liner replacement the job was done in a single day and really looked good. I just wish he would have completed the job he started. I put the old light back in the housing without the ring that holds it in. He took that when he left. I have not heard back from him. I have given up on the light replacemant. My last message to him was to give me the ring that holds the light back. He has not replied!

Ed and his team did an outstanding job replacing our inground pool liner. They were responsive, professional, and took the time to answer all my questions; I highly recommend them for any pool work.

They are very through and pay attention to detail. They are not in a hurry to just get the job done and move on to the next. They do not upsell you to the thicker liner if you do not need it. Even though I wanted a 28 ml liner, they said unless I had dogs running through it I was just throwing money away. Great job!

Ed and his team recently replaced our liner and gave our pool little face lift and we couldn’t be happier with the results! Great service, great work. They were able to troubleshoot issues with pump motor and heater, provided new parts cost effectively and in a timely fashion. They responded aptly to our inquiry.

Ed and has his team put in a huge inground pool for our family. His experience and attention to detail have been amazing. The pool turned out great. They have opened and closed the pool for me every year as well. Ed makes sure that any minor issue, gets corrected and he is not satisfied til things are perfect. I'm having them install a new liner at a rental property of mine as well. Very fairly priced and easy to get along with.

The Pool Guys are fantastic! Ed and his team recently replaced the liner on our inground pool, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. I contacted several companies, but The Pool Guys were the only ones who came out in person, took proper measurements, and brought actual liner samples to choose from. Their pricing was very reasonable, and two seasons later, the liner still looks brand new. We were so impressed, we’ve hired them again to replace the liner at our new home!

Awesome service. Great communication. Experienced problem solvers! The Pool Guys replaced our liner amidst the many challenges of having a salt water pool. There were several issues in need of resolution giving the corrosive damage that had occurred. Because of their knowledge and expertise, they were able to address all of our issues in an efficient manner. We’re so pleased with the installation. We had a new pool liner placed at the end of last season . At this time the pool looks amazing and we have had no issues!

Ed and his son repaired our pool and replaced the vinyl liner and opened our pool for the season. They are very experienced and hard working and honest. We are extremely pleased with all the work they did. The pool is an In ground 20 by 40 foot pool of 30,000 gallons. We absolutely would use them again and highly recommend them to fellow pool owners.

The pool guys are awesome, from day one to the installation of the liner, they are very knowledgeable and educational. We are very satisfied with how our pool turned out. Excellent service

These guys were the best!!! Very knowledgeable and helped me tremendously. Needed a new liner for my pool. They got it installed and filled so fast. Then I had an issue with my pool pump and they again fixed it quickly and at a great price! They answered all of my questions and taught me how to take better care of my pool. Highly recommend using them. I won’t be using anyone but them!!

So immediately after installation, pool was leaking.- we had never emptied and filled before so after filling for 3 days, we realized there had to be a leak!! Called Ed and he would not answer or respond. Insurance company called him as well, but no answer My husband repaired himself, but we still have all the damage to repair. This was in June of 2021. Now, the steps are leaking and both corners have become detached so that they are gapped. Left message, but guessing he won't call back. Think we will take to court I believe we installed

Ed and his team were amazing. Kind, respectful and prompt. He gave me an estimated and he was on time and on budget Kept the yard clean during the replacement and I would recommend him to anyone. I'm glad I found an honest company to do the job. Highly recommend.

Ed saved my pool. It looks great.

Ed installed my liner last October and then closed the pool right after due to the weather. He was supposed to open the pool his season just to make sure everything was ok. I have been trying to call him since April and a month later he called and said he could come out that day if I didn't already have someone. I immediately called him back and of course no answer so I left a vm and said yes to go ahead and come out that day, he was a no show and have not heard from him since. The liner needs to be tucked by the stairs and 3 of the inlet fittings that go in the returns are missing. When he closed the pool he took them out and they are nowhere to be found. I sent him a text msg today with pictures of the liner and the cost to repair it and the receipt for the 3 inlet fittings. Total cost for me is over $300.00. If anyone is interested in taking this guy to small claims court, I'm interested. I pd over $7800.00 and now over $300.00. DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY. Its really too bad for his son who said he wanted to take over the business. He will definitely have to change the name since his dad has such a bad reputation. Dad certainly is not helping his son that's for sure.
