The Pool Medic, LLC is a family-run based in Middletown, Maryland. We provide in-ground pool design and construction; seasonal pool opening and closing; weekly pool cleaning; and general maintenance. The Pool Medic also has significant experience in the design, construction, and maintenance of fountains in a variety of shapes and sizes. Our services also include spa installation and servicing. The Pool Medic is a small business whose core philosophy is honesty. We aim to provide high quality service with the ultimate goal being the satisfaction of our customers. We take pride in the work we do, always striving to give our customers the most efficient service for a fair price. Swimming Pool Service The Pool Medics expertise lies mainly in the servicing of swimming pools. We offer weekly or bi-weekly service contracts to our customers which involves an intricate step-by-step process including: cleaning the deck, cleaning off the autocover, vacuuming and scooping the surface of the pool, cleaning the tiles, backwashing the filter system, cleaning skimmers, cleaning the hair trap on the pump, testing the water chemistry and adjusting the water balance, adding sanitizing agent (i.e., chlorine or bromine), leaving a written note to inform the customer of any preventative maintenance required. The Pool Medic also provides seasonal opening and closing contracts, Chemical sales, as well as pool equipment sales. Repair & Mechanical Rates: $125 for the first hour, additional hours are $75 an hour for the mechanic and $35 an hour for the mechanics helper
