Overall dealing with them they are very polite. However, they will tell you that they are coming one day and not show up for another two. They will constantly remain in contact with you, but tell you that they wonâ t be able to make it and itâ ll be tomorrow then itâ ll actually be two more days from what they said it would be youâ ll never get prices until itâ s completely done and then youâ re overcharged if they remove any old equipment thatâ s worth money theyâ ll take it with them and have to bring it back when you ask. Theyâ ll show up to do a cleaning and literally be there 10 minutes and I say Iâ ll be back again tomorrow to clean some more. Their work is rushed and not done to standard. I feel they would do half of the work so they could come back and charge more. They came to my house to install one piece of equipment and vacuum my pool twice and I was charged over $500.

"$500 because he also got a Chlorinator installed and no we did not SUV thing. He said it had a broken bulb and acted like you did not want it anymore so it would have actually gone in the garbage 250 for an opening shark vacuum in the pool twice and if it is a small 15 minutes. Wish you would have been brave enough to call and tell me most companies do not even tell you if they can not make it they just do not show up so I make sure I communicate with my customer"

Hired him awhile ago. He cleaned up and corrected a really bad job another pool company did. They did an excellent job. If they put in liners, they will be who we call to put ours in - absolutely!

I had my bottom finished and liner put in in July of 2020.After we started with Chris i saw alot of reviews that worried me. All of which were from a year or so prior. After talking with Chris about it he explained what was going on in his life at that point in time and i understood things happen. me and my wife continued to use him for the project. Through the time it took to get the liner in Chris remained super thorough in communication. Answered my texts/calls even texted me for updates before I asked. kept me in the loop on the timeline of the liner which is more than i can say for any other pool person i had dealt with until then. he resurfaced the bottom of my pool, fixed a bunch of things, did my plumbing and installed the liner in a timely fashion. I was in a pinch and Chris saved the day. I would use Chris again 10/10 times.

I hired them for a job on my pool and they did a great job, however i payed for two lights that i have never received and i would like to have the lights or a refund for my money that it is my main concern

"The pool was painted months ago I had to bring an extra 2 gallons because I redid some of the pool because it was not up to the quality we like so she said all that she would pay for the couple gallons of paint so I was going to do the credit card with her lightbulbs because she did not like to order things online with her cards it was more confusion than anything we ended up sending our $200 back To make things right in her mind but we have plenty of good references and she is even talk to me on the phone since references and she has talked to me on the phone since."
