Excellent - the crew of men were friendly and extremely accommodating. In spite of some rainy days they finished painting our home with in a week!!

I hired this company because they offered a reasonable price and told me they would get it done fast. They also offered a one year warranty. We hired them to refinish our deck, as well as do some repairs. They finished the work quickly, however it was very badly done. The paint that he insisted was the best is already starting to come up less than 2 months after. Also we have tried contacting the owner multiple times about the one year warranty, with no answer on his end. Definitely would never recommend this company to anyone, they will scam you and take your money and you'll never hear back from them.

They were very close to the scheduled arrival time and efficient in their work. All the concrete (dive, walks, porch) was power washed on Wednesday and sealed, due to rain, on Friday. It looks great and would recommend them to others.

The value for the money was good. They did a nice job powerwashing and staining my deck. There were numerous occasions where they did not return my phone calls. There were also many days that they were expected to show up and never did and did not warn me that they were not coming. Lots of miscommunication. When I was able to get a hold of them, they were very friendly and kind. A great company if you do not need immediate service.

Fast, friendly service

I had my driveway and patio power washed by Mitch today, and I am very pleased with his work. I'll be sure to call him the next time I need any work done that his company does.

I called and he was able to fit me right in.

They worked non-stop until job was done, did a very good job, cleaned up after completion.

I had to talk to Mitch twice about some questions I had. He either answered the phone himself or returned my call within 10 minutes.

I didn't expect 3 high school aged guys, but they worked seriously and steadily. Scrubbed the mildew and did a great job. No fooling around.I would recommend them and would call them again.

I usually don't write reviews but I saw the bad review from a neighbor in Twinsburg and I didn't find the review fair. I wish i could post a picture of the two-level pool deck that was stain, absolutely beautiful. Unlike the previous reviewer I was aware that when it rains, he cannot stain and there could be done delays. However, Mitch stayed until 8:30pm to make sure all details were taken care of. He also went the extra mile to match a specific color we wanted. He was very easy to work with, the most reasonable quote I obtained, and I would recommend him 100%.

The owner of the Company started out being positive about doing the job. I gave him the information for the previous color of the stain that was used on the deck rails. As the date got closer I contacted him to make sure he was still coming out since had not heard anything from him regarding the job. He seemed surprised to hear that he was to come out on June 13th and 14th to do the work. Then said they would be out on the 13th to power wash the deck and rails. About 2pm I called Mitch to see when they would be out and he stated that he would be here. He finally showed up at about 8:20pm and did the power wash in the setting sun it was well after 9pm when he got done and getting very dark. Mitch stated that they would be back in the morning to put the stain on. Mitched called me around 9am on the 14th and stated that he had to go get the stain from Sherwin Williams and had sent the crew to another job to seal a stamped concrete job. Around 11 I called Mitch and he said they were on their way to my house. They got here around 12:45p.m. Two of the three started to stain the railings and the third one started to spray a sealer on the floor of the deck. The sprayer did not work. I offered to give him my sprayer and he said no and he called Mitch and told him and I was told that Mitch would be out later and would do that as well as putting some nails into one of the side boards that was loose. Then all three worked on the staining. I looked out after to see how it was going and there was only one person working (Justin). I asked him where the others were and he said one of the guys had to go home and the other one got a splinter. The other guy seemed to always to be on his phone while staining or sitting in the truck. After a while I saw they were cleaning up and asked if they were done and was told they had run out of the stain. I asked the so called foreman and he called Mitch and said Mitch would be out around 7pm to do the rest of the work. Mitch showed up around 7:45pm and did they work. I went to talk to Mitch and he was telling me how people do not understand the pressure of his job and that my husband was very rude calling him several times the night before to see when he was going to get here. Also that by coming here this evening he probably lost another job because he had to come to my house. I must say I was glad when he was done and again went outside to thank him for coming out and he told me what my bill would be and if I could pay it tonite so that he could make payroll. He also pull his sign before leaving my house. I was also told that 95% of the people who hire him are not home waiting for him and his crew to show up. I am retired and thought that was a nasty statement to make. I really did not want to write this type of review but I was not responsible for his problems and did not appreciate being made to feel that everything that happened was my fault. Maybe he should not take on more than he can handle

I hired The Powerwash Guy to powerwash my deck and stain it. I also asked them to powerwash two window boxes and stain them, too. I live in a condo and the condo association insists everything on the outside be painted the same color. I was impressed by how fast they worked and the quality of the work was excellent. I highly recommend them.

Mitch and his crew were extremely professional in everything that they did. They cleaned up the area worked upon, were fast and efficient and in areas where there were some carpentry required executed the fix-up well and with out a second thought. All in all it was a pleasure doing business with them.
