My first time working through Angi and I was very pleased with The Neighborly Plumber. I was impressed with the knowledge, skills, attitude, and customer service(including a fast response after submitting my original request through Angi), and that my looking over their shoulder and asking questions about the repairs wasn't an intrusion to their work. I was hoping for an easy fix to my water heater problem, but it turned into a major repair. After a lot of questions and answers about the problem, I was okay with what needed to be done, as well as the cost. The 15% discount offered for seniors was very appreciated. I can easily recommend them to others.

He came out and inspected the problem, for no charge quoted a fair price replacing the valve with the same upscale brand and would have finished it the same the same day but he was second of three quotes I was expecting. I am overjoyed that he finished the work in 30 minutes and was polite, knowledgeable, and efficient , Highly recommend!
