Post Happy New Year return to small office building which was 49 degrees. very prompt call back & arrival. did what he said he would do. particularly careful & precise analysis of furnace problem - failed exhaust fan motor. was able to locate parts for this quite old furnace. expeditious progress in all regards. open & pleasant personality. no big ego flurry - just 'get R done'! price = very fair. Hire again? You Bet!
