Asphalt Shingle Roofing Repair
The old shingles were not removed new shingles were put over the old singles

Jeff and helper are pros. took away the used lights and cleaned the job site. Super friendly and knowledgable. While here they looked at painting two bedroom for us an we hired them. We will hold on to there card. Great people, thanks Home Advisor.

I hired this company 3/24/2015. Work started 3/26/2015. I requested that this job be complete within a week so that I could put it on the market to be sold. Today, 6/17/2015, I hired another plumber to complete this job. Jeff had every excuse imaginable as to why he could not work on my home. After reading the other reviews and looking at the dates of service, it appears that he was busy doing everyone else's homes except mine. He has apparently lost the key to my house, so now I have to pay to have the locks changed. This has cost me over 2 months that my house could have been on the real estate market and possibly been sold. I will definitely not consider this company again nor will I recommend them to anyone I know.

Yes, I will hirer him again. The quality of work was great. The price quote was lower then I expected and stayed the same when the job was completed. He did have an emergency job that came up right after he started. It was beyond his control and it did take him away for a couple day.

We was impressed with the professional and fast service of the Property Medic workers. My house was kept clean during the remodeling and my bathroom turned out fabulous! I was so pleased with their work that I hired Property Medic to do my second bathroom as well!

Jeff was very thorough in communicating his every step throughout the job. With Family coming to visit we had a firmdeadline. He diligently finished a few days early and we are extremely happy.. Very creative in fixing problems, The owner works hand an hand with his guys and never asked for a dime till the job was done. Also the most amazing thing was our material estimate was $850 an he was honest enough to give us the credit for the difference, So we was shocked when he gave us the bill an material was only $615 . So we gave the difference to his two helpers to split for a tip..
