One Time Interior House Cleaning
Elisa the owner makes sure everyone on her team pays attention to detail and is thorough in what they do. The house always looks great when they are done, and they are very efficient. Also, it is really easy to set up appointments since she responds quickly to messages.

One Time Interior House Cleaning
I have the basic service, which means the team (5 ppl) come in and work two hours ($175 in my case). The cleaning are basic cleaning only, they do not clean range hood or windows, and no fancy things like steam vac. I think the price is fair and the job is done as expected. If you have a messy house and want to save time of cleaning, give them a call. If you are very picky and need absolutely clean, basic service is not for you and you need to order something more expensive.

Overall I would say they did a good job. Initially the first 2 cleanings were done perfect, but after that not so much. Elisa was initially very nice to work with, and accommodating, she would call and remind me that I forgot to put the key out. Then after about 4 months, it seemed that we were an inconvenience to work with. After 4 months (Feb 28 - June 6), we agreed to terminate the service agreement.

"I would like to dispute this rating. This client was terminated by us not by the client. Customer was rude and impolite with the employees and the last cleaning service the crew had returned the money only because 5 spoons were not wash properly according to the client standards. Client would make us comeback for finger prints left on the shower door and constantly complaining to pay."

Elisa was about 20 minutes late, but when she got to my place she did a fairly thorough job with the tough soap scum that was layered on the shower doors due to years of neglect. When she showed me the completed work I was very impressed, but after she left and I had some time to do a thorough check, I did notice that there were some missed spots here and there... but not bad considering how quickly she works, and how much she charges.

"I had asked the client the night before to start early, but the client did not want the service before the time set. I called him and let him know that I was running late and also client lives in a gated community and parking is very limited. In regards of the job done in this house I pointed the spots and gave the client advised to keep the bathrooms in a better condition."

Everything promised at our initial meeting has always been done and whatever minor additional needs or changes are handled immediately, and as requested.
