Dean was quick to respond (we all of a sudden had no water!), and was quick to arrive and diagnose the problem. He was especially helpful in answering our questions, devoted a lot of time to making sure we knew what we needed to know to understand what the solution should be, and came off as an extremely knowledgeable and capable human being. We were so happy to have made his acquaintance, and have recommended him to at least ten people in the past four weeks since he was here. Great guy, great service, great price! Highly recommend!

Dean is just an all around great person who knows his trade and performs the work efficiently and professionally. Ours was an emergency situation with no water with livestock and a very ill family member. We will be forever grateful that he took our call almost immediately and traveled on snow covered roads to get to us and help us. He gets an A+++

Dean spent the time to go over the pump system and the types of typical failures that he sees. As he worked, he called each observation before it happened as he disassembled the top of the well. He knows his business. Don't give hiring him a second thought, just do it.
