Fence real

Franklin is a very nice guy that would promise anything to get the job. He was hired for 2 projects' main project to install a new 8ft tall chain link fence with a sliding gate. However, I have come to realize very fast that he is not proficient at installing or measuring and he was cutting corners by using smaller pieces of pipes ( leftovers from previous projects) instead of whole pipes ( I made him use whole pipes eventually ). A week after installation my tenant said that the gate is hard to move /close I called Franklin and he is saying that the person is very fragile and does not have enough strength and that the gate is very heavy. I was told that these gates and wheels are designed so that a 4 year old is able to push those. Furthermore, when it came to the final installation he miscalculated the initial poles he put for gates and was short 10, he claimed he made a mistake by letting his son do the measurements. So he had to relocate one of the poles and recement it again. The locking latch was placed inside the property instead of outside for easy access he claimed it was more secure but it is not convenient to put your hand through and narrow opening to access the lock. The second project was to repair the vinyl gate and fence at my house which was a true Hack job, again he cut the wrong size so he had to go to Home Depot to get new poles. He promised me to recement poles that were moving but he never did he said it will never move again ( while I can push it with my hand and the pole shakes ) and guess what 4 days after the job was done main gate and side gate were not aligned. The reason I hired him was because of his personality and he seemed to really want the job and he came about 500$ cheaper than the other offer, that was my mistake because I have paid far more than 500 with driving out to the site every time there was an issue. After a heavy rain tenant called me and said that this gate is impossible to move, I am trying to reach Franklin but there is no answer or reply to a text for 2 days. Be careful hiring this guy.

Franklin was great. I had a new puppy and I desperately needed new fencing, repair and alteration. He went over my entire yard with me and we decided what we needed.
