Window Expo

Had a new front door and a patio door installed by Mason and Donnie. The installers were extremely knowledgably, courteous, and continued to ask us if we had any questions about what they were doing. They continually cleaned up the job site along the way. I would highly recommend them for any door or window installation.

When cleaning my kitchen window, I accidentally pulled the window out of its track. I tried to fix it, but was unable to. I called Window expo, and they sent Jeff within 15 minutes to fix the problem. Jeff also was so kind to explain how the system worked and showed me how to properly flip the window to clean it. Window Expo has an exceptional customer service

Window expo did a wonderful job. The windows are beautiful. I had the blinds in the living room Window they are beautiful. Mason and Donnie did a wonderful job cleaned everything up very professional.I definitely would recommend this company to anyone looking for Windows.

Although there were some hiccups for the most part everything went well. One window had a smudge between the panes and had to be replaced. We also had a storm and the screen fell out of one wish I was able to put back in. Thomas came out when I told him about the screen and he was very professional every time I called into the company Sherry was also very kind even when I was noticeably upset. They always made things right. My only complaint in this whole process was that they put down the drop cloths to make sure they didn't mess up my hardwood floors but when they went to take up the drop cloths , which it was raining by the way that day, they tracked mud through my entire house. All in all though I am satisfied with my experience.

I can’t say enough about what a great experience this was for us, start to finish. The salesperson, Joey Greco, was patient with us as we asked questions and had the answer for all of them. He kept us updated throughout the entire process, so we knew when our project would be finished. Our installers, Mason and Donny, just did phenomenal work. Our previous window was not at all standard, and this was more than a normal install for these guys. Their approach speaks to their experience and ability; they finished this job in about 2 hours. I appreciate their professionalism, and keeping us in the loop as they did their work. We are thrilled with the end result, and Window Expo has absolutely gained a repeat customer for future projects. Other bigger and flashier window companies should take note: this is how you gain a reputation and trust within your community.

We had a great experience with Windows Expo. Steven explained everything. They had choices for me to make and offered solutions which came out great. The doors really help with the cold we have been having and I appreciate the service we received from beginning to end.

The installers, Donnie and Mason, were on time, professional, efficient and knowledgeable. Our new kitchen window was in and done under 2 hours. And they cleaned up afterwards. We are very pleased with the whole experience.

I recently had 23 windows installed by Window Expo in my Rockey River home. The entire staff from office support to the project manager and installation team were friendly, professional and easy to work with. Ryan was knowledgeable about the product, demonstrated the window's features, made me comfortable with the purchase and kept me updated by email on progress along the way. Steven's installation team did a wonderful job and answered all my questions. They worked quickly and methodically, like a well oiled machine. The exterior trim work was superb. Several deteriorated areas around the original window trim were capped to look like new. Manufacturing delays had postponed the original scheduled installation date a few weeks. The insulation was scheduled to take place over a day and a half, however, the crew arrived about 11:30 a.m. and were able to complete the entire installation in a little more than half a day, just ahead of an extended period of single digit temperatures.

Donnie and mason knew what they were doing and did a good job installing our new front door. Very experienced installers. Had Window and Bath Expo out to install our new shower too. They really know what they?re doing.

we really enjoyed our new window experience with window expo, the installers Mason and Donnie were wonderful, did a great job and even cleaned up afterwards. We will be returning to finish up the rest of our windows!
