Interior Painting or Staining: 5 + Rooms
This young man is a great painter. He and his helper did the job quickly and thoroughly. I had to have them come back for a couple of touch ups, but they came immediately and took care of it. I highly recommend Chad Pruitt for anyone needed painting. He is fantastic and very personable.

"This was a commercial project - a bakery unfit - in which the owners provided their own plns and engineering. From the beginning there were numerous delays and several design changes throughout the project - both by owner and engineer flaws. We accommodated all their changes with proper written change orders approved however at end of project the owners were not accommodating to the final cost as there main issue was timelines not being met. To our defense the job did take longer than agreed but most was due to the numerous design changes and engineer issues - none which were caused by The Renovators. In the end we entered into litigation in which The Renovators was successful in the litigation and was eventually paid an amount less the attorney fees of course."

HAD TO KEEP ON THEM TO DO FINAL REPAIRS. I HAD TO POINT OUT DISCREPANDIES IN WINDOW SIDING GAPS NOTED BY A FRIEND, I WAS INFORMED OF POSSIBLE LEGAL ACTION. OTHER TAN THAT, WORK WAS FAST AND VINAL SIDING LOOKS FANTASTIC!!

His crew good for basic framing, but poor on fiinish work. He hired good subs for concrete/brick/drywall/roofing. When Renovators did some concrete work it was sloppy and splattered all over garden lighting. DIdn't always show up when originally scheduled, but did call, even if at last minute. Didn't return to pick up permit board, never called city for final inspection (we did that).

Great craftmenship, on time, surprised by how quick they were, communicated via phone AND email if delays occurred (due to rain) and cleaned up! LOVE MY NEW OUTDOOR "ROOM" (deck). They took pictures I gave them and made them into reality. Really listened to what I wanted. Great JOB! Will use them again for my next project!

My experience with Shannon Davidson was EXCELLENT. He quoted a very fair price for the job, came on time, worked quickly and efficiently, did great clean-up and refused to be paid until the job was COMPLETE. I would definately use Shannon and his crew again and would recommend him to others.
