When these guys are done with repair, the result looks like new and no repair had ever been done. What more can you ask for?

Quick response to my posting. Mr. Kerr was at my house within 48 hours of my contacting him and had the job finished before a week had passed. The gentlemen he sent out were very professional, polite, and, best of all - knew how to repair a poor job done by a different tile contractor without doing a total tear out and installing a new countertop. The price was reasonable, which I needed after already paying for a new countertop that had started cracking. I will definitely call them again if I need tile work.

Donald's work was outstanding. Our family had a medical emergency and I had to ask him to finish some staining and weatherstripping at a later date. When I called 2 weeks later to schedule the remainder of the work he told me he would get back to me, this never happened and I had to finish the project myself.

Donald come when he said he would. He worked quickly. I was very comfortable with him. I will use him again

Donald did everything he said and when he said and fir what we agreed to. What else would anyone want. Phoned day I ask for estimate came and looked next day. Started the next day and finished in three. Just like he said. I highly recommend.

This is an unoccupied furnished house being repaired. The agreement was to fix the ceiling in 2 rooms and paint them along with several other smaller tasks. I was assured it would be completed by Monday because I had to leave town. The work was incomplete. Mr. Kerr was unprofessional in handling business. He never provided the proper paperwork. He left waste with nails turned up, piled for trash pickup instead of hauling it away. He piled furniture and appliances into 2 other rooms (understandably to free workspace), but refused to return them back to their locations. This left no access to 2 ½ rooms; which caused me to have to find help to get them moved back. He lied to me about what I said concerning the removal of the items. The water was off and they used the bathroom! (Thank God there was enough water in the tank for one more flush). Mr. Kerr tried to get me to pay him the remaining money (I paid him more than half upfront) BEFORE the work was done saying he only had a “little” left to complete. When questioned the “next” day, he said the work would be completed in a “few minutes”. However, 8 of 14 tasks were either incomplete or just not done. When he was questioned about items on the list and their related costs, he became agitated. There were tasks that he said he could not complete, but still expected full compensation. Mr. Kerr left the house with windows and doors wide open and never contacted me. When I finally reached him the next day, I was told he got too hot and had to leave because he was “sick”. This apparently occurred immediately after I left and after he was asked the cost of tasks he would not be doing. Somehow, neither he or his helper were able to even close the doors or send a text message. He basically walked off the job and made no notification. I contacted him and waited with no response for a day and a half. I chose to trust Mr. Kerr, which was a huge mistake. He seemingly mistook my kindness for weakness and ignorance. He said we would have to call it even since he could not get back to finish the work in time. Then he flipped and said he wanted to finish the job (but still not all the tasks) and get full payment and accused me of trying to “use” him. There are far too many things left undone and I will not continue to do business with someone who lies to my face and falsely accuses me. I still have to pay to get the work completed that he failed to do. Maybe the job was more than he could handle. Be very cautious in choosing this individual.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Mr. Kerr showed up when he said he would, gave me a fair estimate for the work requested. Worked with my schedule and availability & completed the project when he said he would. I saved his number in my cell, for any and all future repairs or projects! Would hire again!

Donald's work ethics are to be commended. Repairing a ceiling can cause a great mess with insulation. When he ended repairing my ceiling there was no sign of debris. The room was like new. He was thorough and delivered a professional service that will definitely have me as a repeat customer.
