I originally called Ivan for a snake issue. I had seen the snake on my deck. In order for Ivan to see better and because the deck needed to be replaced he offered to replace it. The deck was built and one coat of paint was put on. He was supposed to come back and put the other coat of sealant and paint on the deck but did not come back. Shortly after the paint began to peal and the boards began creating sap which was sticking to my dogs feet. After numerous attempts to get him back to replace the bad boards he came back and replaced 2 boards. He said they were worse than he expected and he needed more boards. I never heard from him again. Now I have the boards he replaced with no paint and the other boards with sap. He did put repellent out for the snake but my old deck was in better shape than what he left me with.

We were paid to seal your home and screen around your back deck that had broken boards, which we replaced. We replaced boards and painted the deck for you as we discussed. We solved your wildlife issues and even went far beyond what was suppose to be done. We do not perform upkeep on homes, that is your responsibility.

Excellent service......always available......most respectful of property......upfront about cost and I have exceeded my time and Ivan is still hanging in there with me trying to trap armadillos.
