They are the most down to earth people I have met so far. They do an excellent job, from what I check on, - but I am still waiting on my piece. They had to rebuild a bed siding rail so once they finish I am certain it will be "as new" and pretty.

I felt the cost was fair and I was pleased that my furniture seemed to be treated with respect and care. However, the owner lacks in finesse. He was gruff and confusing. He wanted to know what stain we wanted on the wood and yet he had no real samples, we had to ask what was available. He then showed us a color chart on the wall, but acted irritated doing so. :( The furniture did turn out nice.

Mr. ONeil called me when he received my information through ServiceMagic. He said he would order the mechanism from Lane (no charge by Lane) and what his cost would be to install it. He also told me what the fee would be for pickup and delivery, which was very reasonable to me. When the part came in - it took three weeks - they picked up my recliner and had it back to me in a week and the charge was exactly what was quoted. My recliner is like new again. I am so pleased with the recommendation of Restoration Station. Later I am going to contact them to restore a porch glider as well. Thank you ServiceMagic.

I was very thankful to find a place that would fix my sofa. They came and picked up my sofa and had it fixed and returned the next day. When I asked them for an estimate, they said their quote plus a small fee for pickup and delivery. When they returned the sofa, the bill was nearly double what was estimated with the 'small fee' being half of what the original price was... I thought this was a little high. Also, after inspecting the work, they did not do a quality job of reassembling the material over the repaired area. But it was in the lower left hand corner of the sofa so it's not too noticeable.
