The person over the phone took appointment said - they close all the Vents and apply negative air pressure at one vent to suck all the dust. But people who showed up they did not closed all the vents. only at one vent applied negative air pressure with out closing all the vents. ( Not sure they did right or wrong, this is the 1st time i used service for air duct cleaning).

Came in told me I have a leak in ac coils. Did not attempt to give advise on repair because "system is old" ONLY wanted to sell me new unit with financing for about $50 or $60 per month. Told them I have home owners insurance asked how much I paid because for that amount, they could finance a new system. Get the picture. ONLY want to sell new system. If there had been a leak they should have given me something for my insurance, so I could get repair. Instead continued to try to sell new unit. My AC works fine only wanted a yearly check...now I am having to pay someone else to REALLY check my system. If There is NO leak I will be reporting this business to the BBB.

Called them and got a appointment scheduled only for the technician to come to my 3 times on the wrong date and time. Then when he did show up. I told him what I needed only for him to try to sell me an entire new A/C unit when the unit was not even broken all it needed was the coils to be comb out. DO NOT hire them.

Wanted my vents combed as they were dented from hail damage. Tech said it couldn't be done which I found out after was not true. He sold me on an annual service for furnace and AC units and cleaned the vents. Was professional and courteous but don't appreciate that he wasn't honest about the fin combing.
