The Roof Kings

Terrible experience with this company. They repaired a roof for us in 2022, which began to leak shortly after installation. We contacted the owner Chris multiple times via text who made up a number of excuses to why his team couldn't come out right away to repair the leak. The repair was under warranty. Despite this, It is more than two years later and they still have not come out. We have had multiple exchanges with no resolution. As a result, there is now a significant amount of water damage to the room and the ceiling has to be repaired. I would never use this team again and recommend avoiding at all costs. 0 stars.

I called Chris he gave me the price and he was ready to start the next day after signing the contract he arrived to my rental property at 6 AM and was done by 5pm Chris is a very professional guy he did a great job I would definitely hire him again even my tenant was amazed how fast and how good the roof locks ð   ð  Â

The driveway looks beautiful. Very professional and would recommend them

They were able to start almost immediately upon signing the contract - they came in on a weekend (in chilly weather) to expedite the process

Started work the next day.

Finished in a timely manner. Very nice guys. Would recommend.

They came and gave an estimate the same day I called and fixed it the very next day. Took extra time to find any nails that may have fallen in the yard so my dogs would not step on them.

Knowledgeable friendly and efficient. Would definitely recommend this company. Thanks again for my new roof!

I discovered a leak in my house that was caused by missing shingles. I called 5 roofers in the area to get a repair and replace estimate. I spoke with Chris from Roof Kings and he was on site within an hour with an estimate for both. He was also to start the job the next day by rearranging his schedule. I had them patch the hole as rain was forecasted. They showed up on the day before Memorial Day and completed a new roof on the house and garage in 2 days !! Iâ m satisfied with the price considering the short notice. I strongly recommend this company for full roof replacements. Chris was in touch throughout the entire job and on the job site to ensure the job was done to my satisfaction.

Excellent work ,Excellent workers, top notch workmanship what more could ask for.

I just purchased a home that I thought had a good roof. We had some heavy rain recently, and I discovered that I had a leak. Stay Dry roofing promptly sent someone out that same day to give me an estimate. A few days later a crew came out and replaced the damaged sections and re-shingled the roof. The job was done and the yard thoroughly cleaned. Chris was out at the site to make sure everything ran smoothly. If you want a roofing job done right and appreciate good customer service then Stay Right is the company for you.

Fast work

Cris was very knowledgeable about what needed done. He worked diligently to get the job done promptly. He even showed us video of what he did. Very pleased with his work and would highly recommend him.

Very responsive and attentive. Chris walked us through the entire process and finished in a timely manner.

StayDry was very prompt. Chris communicated all the details of the work needed, and was able to complete the repair within a week. When I requested the initial quote, he came out the next day and was able to easily answer my questions. He also offered me a quote for Roof replacement, if I preferred to go that route. He was polite and easy to work with.

Put the request for a quote in and got a call that night. Chris came out to the house (wearing a mask!) the next day. A little more expensive than the other quotes that I got, but more flexible with time. I also liked that he listened to my questions and explained things. Job was done on time and well. Took about a half a day longer than planned, but it was in the 90F s and that slowed the guys down a bit. I was OK with it but smaller crew so if you need this done in a day might be an issue. Took 2.5 days to do a ~2000sqft roof with two porches (and it is steep). Only issue was the dumpster pick up took longer than it should, but annoyed enough that I assume has found someone else to use!

They were safe (wore masks) polite and respectful of my property. They completed the job in a timely manner.

Chris communicated all the details of the work involved. Provided before and after pictures of the roof to show all the work that took place. He directed his crew to complete this to satisfaction and was able to complete a full roof replacement in one and a half days. I'm appreciative of their hard work and can't recommend them enough.

I probably paid a little bit more than I would have liked to but they did everything I asked for and for the first time in a long time I don't fear the rain. I would definitely consider using them again.

Very fast estimate, we had to wait a couple of days for the repair due to weather, but great professional job! Would recommend highly!

Very quick response. Professional and polite. Got the work done the same day. Could not ask for better.

Severe winds tore numerous shingles off our roof. Chris came out the same day to give me an estimate and two days later reshingled most of the roof. Work was done quickly, professionally, and site was cleaned up completely. They’re work is too exceptional. Highly recommend them.

They did a good job and stopped the leaks.

Very experienced I called Chris and he came out the same day to give me an estimate and was ready to work ASAP

Stay Dry was contacted a week before Christmas 2019 for an emergency repair of my mother's flat rubber roof. This particular roof had leaked 2 years earlier. We contracted with a company that simply lacked the expertise to properly apply a rubber roof. After repeated failures, they were fired. Stay Dry agreed to prioritize my mother's roof, starting work immediately, even working on Christmas morning to ensure the job was completely before a storm dropped several inches of rain. I wanted to personally thank the entire crew for the professionalism and kindness showed to my mother. She finally sleeps well at night knowing that her home is dry. I would not hesitate to retain Stay Dry again for any future work.
