We hired The Roof Pack to install a new roof, and it was a very positive experience. From the first meeting until completion of the job, their communication was excellent, they were punctual, explained everything in detail, and accurately set our expectations. The quality of their work was impeccable, adhering to all industry standards, and the customer service was excellent. They were very efficient, professional, neat and tidy, leaving my property nice and clean. They also completed the job well within the estimated timeframe. Highly recommend this company!

Great experience with The Roof Pack! As a mom of two toddlers, juggling everyday life and Florida’s unpredictable weather, I truly appreciated how smooth and stress-free they made our shingle roof replacement. They even used a Catch-All system to protect our property and left absolutely zero mess behind! Great communication, quality workmanship, and an excellent crew. Highly recommend!

Roof Pack has excellent communication and extreme attention to detail when installing our roof. I highly recommend going with Roof Pack to install your roof!

The Roof Pack provided excellent, timely service for our roof replacement. They were very responsive throughout the entire process and we are very pleased with the results.

Chris and the Roof Pack team were excellent communicators. As a business owner, I appreciated the clear timelines and expectation setting that allowed me to communicate the timeline of the project to the building occupants. The Roof Pack team even gave a small gift to each suite occupant as a preemptive gift for any inconvenience during the project. Very impressed with my experience.

RoofPack came out to assess my roof and provide an estimate for my home in Sarasota. They were professional, competitively priced, and did a fantastic job installing our new roof. Would highly recommend the RoofPack to anyone looking for a new roof or repair.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience with this roofing company! From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. Chris Marlatt was especially great to work with. He was extremely knowledgeable, responsive, and made the entire process easy and stress free. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I understood everything along the way. The crew did an amazing job and left everything clean and organized when they were finished. It’s clear that they take pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers. I highly recommend this company, and especially Chris Marlatt, to anyone looking for a reliable, honest, and professional roofing team. I would absolutely use them again!

"If I could give The Roof Pack 10 stars, I would. Replacing a roof is one of the most stressful home investments you can make, but Chris and the entire crew made it an absolute breeze. From the initial inspection, they were honest, transparent, and didn't try to upsell me on things I didn't need. They gave me a fair, detailed quote and stuck to it to the exact dollar. On installation day, the crew showed up right on time, worked like a well-oiled machine, and had the full tear-off and replacement finished right on target from original estimation. The best part? Their cleanup. They ran magnetic sweepers over my yard multiple times—I didn't find a single stray nail, which was a huge relief since I have dogs and kids running around. My house looks brand new, and the quality of the craftsmanship is top-tier. Do not hesitate to call them!"

Chris and his team at roof pack have been easy and efficient to work with. The number one quality that led me to give a positive review was the ease of communication and responsiveness. This really stood out amongst other companies

The owner, Chris, was extremely helpful and took time to explain process. Would highly recommend The Roof Pack without hesitation.

Great company with a professional and knowledgeable team. They are responsive, easy to communicate with, and clearly take pride in what they do. Definitely a company I’d feel comfortable recommending to anyone looking for a roofer!
