The roof repair experts was dishonest and is a bad name to home adviser. The expert took the job and paid for his service ahead of doing the job as a condition for doing the work. He warranted his work but the roof started leaking again few days after the work was done. He has been playing games with me for about 4 months now without doing the job and the leak is still there. Yesterday I asked Thee Roof Repair Experts to refund me the payment or fix the leak but he refused both. Now I am stuck with the problem and I have to hire another company to do the Job. You recommended this company for me so, what can you do get my rights from the Roof Experts Company? What help can you do for me? Such company gives bad name to Home Advise.r

They arrive quickly and perform a thorough inspection. Get the job done and resolve the problem at once. Strongly recommended!

They came promptly and called me to let me know they were coming. They did what was outlined in contract and cleaned up. I asked how long it would take and he finished up within that time frame. The price was within my budget.

I was extremely disappointed. Thought he had enough integrity to stand by his work. He has ignored my phone calls and my roof still has an issue.

Came to evaluate the problem. Were able to recognize importance of quick response with rain predicted over the weekend and did work the following day. Labor Day's deluge showed problem almost fixed. Return following day with further sealant. No more leaks.

They repaired my garage roof; extended the overhang and painted it inside and out. The work was of high quality. They finished 95% of the work and after I paid them in full they did not return to complete the job and they will not even return my calls regarding finishing the job.

If you value your sanity, DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN. The work ethic and practices of this contractor need major adjustment. Mike promised to fix the roof in a few days, and gave us a very reasonable quote. So, we fell into the trap. He took half the money in advance. Then, he did not turn up when he said he would, and this was only the beginning. Patti would not answer the phone, we had no idea what was happening, and this went on for a whole TWO MONTHS. I was a nervous wreck trying to deal with all this. Two months later and after several phone calls to Home Advisor to intervene, Mike eventually decided to turn up. Then he started complaining that he could not finish the job as promised, and wanted to do a lot more than what was agreed, of course for a lot of extra cash. I was so distraught and fed up with the whole thing that I reluctantly gave in, and it was done. By the time it was over, I had spent so much money and went through so much trouble that I might as well have the entire roof replaced. Seriously, do it yourself, pay a neighbor, do whatever, but DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN. I am shocked that Home Advisor is recommending him, and I will think twice before using the service in future, if this is the kind of people they are willing to send me. TERRIBLE at all levels. A nightmarish experience.

Great job! Took Mike less than an hour to complete the repair. He cleaned everything up. He was very professional and polite.

They called back within minutes and came out within 2 hours. I cannot say how good the work was because I didn't go up on the roof.

The repairman came out right away and did a repair for a reasonable price about a month later the roof leaked again and we tried to call and get them to come back out, but neither "Patty" on the voicemail or anyone else has called me back after several days of calling

Extreme overcharge to clear out the insulation covering my soffet vents, and then played tag for 3 weeks before he could repair my bathroom vents. Some of that was weather related but not all. Also he was disruptive and did not care to look out for property itself when he was moving in and out of the attic and I had to apologize profusely to my tenant to smooth this over. I would not use them again.

BEWARE!!! These individuals are scam artists. They over quote a job even when work is not needed. Our original problem was able to be fixed without any work needing to be done. We are out our deposit and they will not refund our money. I have a lawyer handling the issue going further. I'm upset that they are still on this website.
