They did our full roof replacement!! We received three estimates. The Roofer Direct was not the cheapest but they were the clearest in their contract about work to be done. They also were not the most expensive. We had a excellent experience, and are very happy with the high-quality of work and the professionalism of the office staff and crew. We would use them again in the future.

I called The Roofer Direct and Scott came out for my estimate. He was super nice and knowledgeable. Scott explained things and answered my questions well. They were right on time with everything as promised, delivery of materials, right on time, and install was a day earlier!! They found so many issues with my roof, but took care of me the whole way through. If I had any questions or concerns I texted Scott. He was great! I know I'm an extreme worrier, but he handled me very nicely and professional! I'd definitely recommend this company. The roofers were very nice as well, and Scott was amazing with any and all questions!!

Full Roof Replacement of my house. Everything went very very well, they gave very good suggestion about roofing and they did an excellent work. The service went very smoothly, they are kind, price was fair, courteous, and very responsive. I would use The Roofer Direct again if ever needed.

Working with Scott and the The Roofer Direct team has been a great experience. The price for service was good and I was really comfortable with both Scott and team that replaced our roof. Scott is always available for questions, on the phone, was helpful too. Finally, the actual team that roofed our home did an excellent job. The yard was left clean and the dumpster is gone. I hired this company to replace our roof on our home and garage. We worked directly with the owner. He was very clear on what they were going to do and thorough in his presentation. He gave us a fair quote and we felt comfortable going with him. Work was done as scheduled in one day and was completed skillfully despite challenges presented by an older home. The quality of the products and work was excellent.

Remove entire roof and place new shingles. Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience with The Roofer Direct LLC. After setting up an appointment to get an estimate for the job, Scott, who is the owner of the company, showed up at my house to take some measurements and give me an estimate. He was very detailed on telling me the kind of work he was going to do, and the materials he would use. As for the actual job, the crew showed up early, they were not messy at their job, and left the lawn free of any nails or debris. After completing the job, Scott came back to my house to personally inspect the job and to see if I was happy with the job. I would use them again if I need their services.

We used The Roofer Direct LLC. They tore off one side of the roof and replaced it. They were very thorough, and the quality of their work was good. Overall, I have had a very good experience with them. I will use them again in the future.

The Roofer Direct replaced my 35 year old roof. Very professional workers. Cleaned up nicely after they were done. Scott Burnam, the owner, is very polite and explained everything they were going to do. Those workers did a good job. The estimate he gave me was in the middle of the three I got. They did a tear off on my roof and put new shingles on. The crew showed up at 7:30 am on the day they said they would. All the guys were very polite and took very good care in protecting my new windows and bushes all around the house. They finished the whole job in 2 days and cleaned up after themselves very well. I would recommend The Roofer Direct and have recommended them to every one that I know needs work done.
