The Roofing Company

Dylan does great work and is professional. Shows up when he says he will. Roof repair well done repared and did work to prevent more water damage. He asked if I wanted him to check my chimney and oh my it was gross dirty with moss and areas where cement feel.out. He fixed it and it looks incredible 😲 Asked him to help with moss and mildew on shed and he has done one treatment and will be back to repeat. He didn't pressure me but asked if I might want to finish reminder of flat roof with the rolled roofing then I would not have to think about it for years. Did not pressure me to do metal roofs as he explained unless I was going to keep house in family not worth the expense.. Thank you for your time. Rachel LaRochelle

One of the best customer service experiences I can remember. I reached out to get a quote for moss removal on my house and Dylan promptly scheduled a visit, showed up on time, answered all questions, gave a fair quote, scheduled then performed the work when indicated and followed up to see how I felt with the work. I wish every job went this smooth! Dylan was courteous and professional, a pleasure to work with.

Responded quickly. Came to the job even though it was an hour away. Would recommend him for sure.

Yes, the job was done well. I am very please with his work. He was friendly, conscientious and courteous. I would hire him again. Thank you.

Excellent company to deal with. Fast to do the estimate and the work was complete the next day. I would highly recommend this company. Quality work at a very fair price.

still in progress

Great service and follow up on roof/gutter flashing issue! Leaking gutters on our condo building caused ice to pool at entrance and back of building. Thank you Dylan for coming out on short notice before ice dams caused further damage! Appreciate your expertise and taking the time to explain the problem and fix it quickly.

Dylan was wonderful from the start. He replaced a fascia trim piece at the peak of my roof. He also secured other trim pieces without charge.

The owner displayed a sense of professionalism as well as being respectful of me and my property. There were a number of problem areas on my roof. Before beginning the work, he discussed these defects with me as well as how he was going to approach solving these problems in the most cost effective way. Since he had taken pictures while on the roof, I was able to understand. Pricing was fair. Job was completed in a timely fashion. I highly recommend The Roofing Company.

The Roofing Company’s owner came to our house on a brutally cold day. He was on the roof and quickly identified the source of a leak affecting our bathroom ceiling. He had the tools and materials he needed along with the ladders and went right to work. He had the job finished in several hours. The results were great. No more leak, a professional inspection, he described the needed repair, and quickly completed the job. We couldn’t have asked for more. Plus he was courteous and polite. Highly recommend The Roofing Company!

Dylan was timely, conscientious and did excellent work. He was responsive to all my questions.

Answered telephone inquiry promptly. Came on time. Did the work well for a reasonable price.

I am so impressed with Dylan. He responded very quickly to my request. I hired him immediately and the work was done the following day. An excellent Dylan did! High praise to him. He is very courteous, very knowledgeable, and so very helpful. I am so very pleased with Dylan?s work and I highly recommend him!

Dylan was very friendly, informative, and professional. He did a good, neat job.

If I could show you pictures of this job you would not hire this company. For skylight replacement. To Dylans credit he was very polite. He replaced 2 skylights that were the wrong size ( too big) and did not follow velux installtion guidelines. When I saw the flashing on top of the shingles I got really concerned about leaks and asked him to come back, which he did - again to his credit. I went up on the roof with him and saw the job for myself and knew he was way over his skill level to install skylights. He came back once again and covered the flashing with roofing rubber to prevent leaks during the rain per my demand and agreed to replace the skylights with the proper size. He is now not answering my calls, texts or emails and was suppose to send confirmation of the replacement order for the correct size windows so the repair could be done this past Tuesday. He also has not mailed me a hard copy invoice per my request and I paid CASH. If you hire this contractor be sure to get a certificate of insurance and proof of who he is. I would not want this to happen to anyone else. I regret that I have to share this bad experience but it is not professional and totally unacceptable for any business.

Dylan was very professional and on time. Even early. Had answers to solve issues.

Dylanâ s response was prompt and he was able to clean the gutters on my Expandable Cape style home the day following our first meeting. He arrived at my home even a bit earlier than initially agreed so he could set up all of his equipment and ladders to begin the job right on schedule. The work was completed both efficiently and professionally. I highly recommend Dylan and The Roofing Company and I will definitely hire him for more work in the future.

Excellent repair job "roof tune up" to my complicated skylight, chimney, plumbers exhaust, venting and moss issues on a roof only 13 years old

They did a great job repairing the asphalt shingles on our roof.

went up on there and took pictures to show me where the leak was and also took pictures of the vent boot that had cracks all around it and replace it.

On time, courteous and nice clean up. Will hire for future projects.

Work providers was amazing and I would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for roof or chimney. I was very happy with the work and would call him again for work on my house
