It was actually exterior building residential. Valentin and his crew were fast, cleaned up every day, etc. Initially the paint looked fantastic. Upon finishing, I asked them to come back and "unstick" the windows that had been painted shut. I also told them I was disappointed in the lack of sanding prior to painting the exterior front door and a few other places. They didn't redo it. Three years later, the paint is peeling in multiple places, cedar siding is rotting underneath and if you look at the house at a near distance, it doesn't look good at all. I've had two painters give estimates to scrape, sand, prep, and repaint the house. Both of them told me that the previous painters (The Royal Option) did not do any prep work. They also used cheap paint - though I asked them to use Sherwin Williams Emerald paint. They gave me a couple of left over cans but appear to have used much cheaper paint. The crew took shortcuts that look good upfront but don't last. I don't recommend them.

I highly recommend his service and will definitely hire him again.
