"Donald, sorry for your disappointment is our company. However, when we run behind we always reach out and let the customer know. We attempted to get there but when we have rain in the forecast we do not want to remove anything for the chance of damaging the home. While there were in the neighborhood of 2,250 screws that had to be replaced, we try and get all the screws we can out of the yard. Also, when we draw up the contract that we agree to, that is what our employees go off of. Everything that was done in the contract has been finished on the roof with the exception of anything extra that may have been discussed when the guys were there. Color match on a 15 year old metal roof will be very difficult for us to do. We had went with the best color match possible that is available in stock screws. We cannot match the fading and chalking of the roof, but will do our best. As far as placing the screws in a different hole, I hope you can see that this would create an issue with the integrity of the roof and we can only go back to where the screws were placed originally on a screw replacement job such as this one."
