This group charged me $335 dollars. The repairman said that we needed to pay him up front for a piece to repair out refrigerator. We attempted to contact him several times. He didn't return calls and he never refunded my money. I don't trust anyone who does this to me.

Though the washer had an intermittent problem, a combo of wrong parts and little communication made for a frustrating experience. Washer is not fixed after nine days and no appointment is scheduled and no returned call. Disappointed that Home Advisor suggested this service. I just want a refund so I can purchase a new washer. That right, I was charged for service and two parts and have nothing for the expense.
