George was hard to get ahold of. He does not answer his phone. I finally got ahold of him and told him I needed a microwave repaired. After 3 days I spoke with him again. He said he would give me an estimate. I had to call him over and over to get a reply. I finally agreed to have the microwave repaired. After numerous excuses I finally got the microwave back and installed. I opened the door to check to make sure it was working and the vent above the door fell off. He had returned it and not cleaned the inside filter and left off the filter underneath. I have tried and tried to contact him via phone and email. I guess he knows how he left the microwave. I will contact HomeAdvisor to take him off of their recommended list. I cant imagine anyone being treated the way he had treated me as a customer and then not owning up to his poor workmanship.

the work performed for our repair was completely unacceptable. the materials/parts used were not appropriate (according the the parts distributor for the manufacturer). the electrical work was not up to code (according to the electrician hired to undo the completely unnecessary electrical work performed). the charges were beyond anything reasonable. the explanations of work needed, parts to be used and pricing were all over the place. it was impossible to get a straight answer. we now have verifiable proof that false statements/representations were made. and ultimately, the repair did not work. there is simply no way to trust this company. absolutely steer clear
