Mike came and built a beautiful porch for me. He was very professional and did an amazing job. I will definitely be hiring him again in the future for any projects I have around the house.

Mike did a great job installing my water heater as well as repiping the hot and cold inlet and outlet water lines. He was quick and left the area as clean if not cleaner than he found it. Highly recommend using his service.

Michael Walts helped complete an exercise room, including the assessment of a large wall-mounted television and television rack. He was able to assess for the size of the room, selected the television, transported it to our home and installed it efficiently and effectively; I was highly satisfied. He is also very technologically savvy and was able to program the television and teach me how to fully utilize the equipment. He assisted with other improvements to our home. I am also aware of a magnificent bar that he constructed for a business, including selection of a very unique wood which he used to created a one-of-a-kind bar that is absolutely magnificent.

Did a great job quickly and efficiently and at budget

I had a local guy install a water line from my house to my barn. It leaked, and the guy was not interested in fixing it. I was desperate, so I called Michael. He actually answered the phone when I called for help. He arrived at the job site on time, gave me a fair estimate and completed the work on schedule. He fixed the leak, and I was so impressed I had him help with a few other odd jobs on my ranch. Outstanding work! My dog even liked him!

Mike Walts at The Shop delivered an exceptional experience from start to finish. He came in and worked with my wife on several issues around the house, including an electrical problem with a ceiling fan that multiple other contractors couldn’t figure out. Mike diagnosed it quickly, explained the issue clearly, and had it resolved in no time. He also installed several new lighting fixtures, and the upgrade was immediately noticeable — clean work, solid craftsmanship, and a huge improvement to the space. My wife said he was polite, professional, and easy to work with the entire time. On top of the electrical work, Mike repaired a smoker door that required welding and installed a new firebox handle. The quality of the repair was excellent, and it’s working better than it has in years. Mike is skilled, efficient, and genuinely takes pride in his work. The Shop absolutely deserves 5 stars, and we’ll be calling him again for future projects.

A lot of small jobs at our property over the 8 years I’ve owned it. He built a custom iron fence around 1.2 it the 2.3 acres I own. Beautifully designed and fabricated and the installation went smoothly done. He’s painted my 1,600 ft shop, chip sealed my 600ft driveway, built my back porch deck, dry walled and framed a master bedroom and master bathroom addition to my house. The man is reliable and does excellent work. Anytime I want an upgrade or even small repair done to my house or shop he’s the man I can always trust and count on to get the job done!
