I was very pleased with the service I received from The Shop of Glass. The owner (Hank) was very responsive, and when my glass was ready, it took him less than a 15 minutes to replace my broken pane of glass. He was very pleasant to talk to and even helped me put the window back in place. I would recommend The Shop of Glass to anyone needing glass replacement/repair.

Hank, Came out on time as promised and gave me a quote after reviewing the job request. He gave me a time and date for installation, after giving him a down payment, he arrived as promised and finished the job on time. He even cleaned up which I noted and appreciated. Good Value as promised.

Window Glass Installation or Replacement Service
Just one call, Hank came to our home measured the glass area to be replaced. Said it would be ready in about a week. It took approximately 2 weeks , but we were not in any big hurry. When it was ready he called to ask when it would be convenient to install. We agreed on a date & time. He came on that date & time- he was fast, efficent, and sure knew what he was doing. Even helped me get the pellet out that someone shot into the window. He's very good.

Window Glass Installation or Replacement Service
Hank called and was able to comethat day to give an estimate. He was very helpful on several questions I had. The order took about 2 weeks due to holiday falling in there. He delivered the glass and insstalled in about an hour or so. The weather was brutal that day, but he hung in there. Hank is very courteous and efficent...so helpful. I would hire him again in a heartbeat. Job was well done. No complaints at all.
