The Solution by JC, LLC

They did a great job, work looks good. I did have to reschedule with them twice because they got caught up doing other jobs.

Got done everything we needed. Very quick to respond and price reasonable. The work was professional. I plan to hire again for future work.

Got the job done. I would hire him again.

Juan fixed a long and gaping hole (6 by 2 feet) in my ceiling due to a pumping issue. The drywall work and paint was seamless..really impressive! Juan also changed out a leaking shut-off vale and changed out my kitchen faucet Juan was always respectful, kept you informed of what was going on and they cleaned up well behind themselves. His prices are fair and reasonable for the excellent quality of service you will receive . I will hire him again

Juan was simply amazing! He helped me renovate my 34 year old townhome into a contemporary beauty that sold in 3 days once listed. He is kind, respectful, very fair priced and a total impeccable pro in all he does. I would never have been able to do all of this without him! He’s a genuinely kind and talented pro!

Juan was fantastic. He responded quickly, was able to come do the work within about a day. He did a great job including 3-story high sides and back of house. Extraordinarily courteous and polite. We'd absolutely hire him again for anything. Currently getting an estimate on another exterior trim and roof project!

Very pleasant working with Juan. I will hire him again.

Mr Cruz was professional Did an outstanding job. I would recommend him without hesitation.

Juan is very nice to work with will for sure hire him again

The owner and his crew were very professional friendly and on time. They were clean and the work was outstanding. We had a small tile repair job in an old bathroom and they matched everything to the original quality. Excellent work and quality. The price was extremely fair for the quality of work. I would recommend them and will be hiring them again.

Mr. Cruz is very professional and goes above and beyond to ensure the customer is satisfied with the work being done. I have used Mr. Cruz for 3 home projects and will continue to use him as his time permits.

He did a great job power-washing my concrete front steps and sidewalk. Very pleasant and prompt. I will definitely give him another try in the future.

Juan Cruz is by far the best handyman I have ever used. He is exceptionally professional, extremely accomodating, goes above and beyond, and provides outstanding service and high quality work. Juan came in on short notice to make repairs to a house we were selling. We live in Florida and the house is in Virginia. He made it so easy, worked with us, visited the house to ensure he could assess the work to be done and provided continuous updates to include highlighting issues that could have affected our HOA inspection. Juan's fees are very fair. IF YOU NEED A HANDYMAN JUAN IS THE BEST THERE IS.

I can't praise Juan Cruz highly enough. He is very responsible, very professional, and very highly skilled. He provides excellent value for the price of his services. Juan will be my first go-to guy for future home maintenance, installations and repairs.

Mr. Cruz is a honest, man who gives his customer his best work.

JC was on time, customer service friendly, and very professional. I will definitely hire him again. I fee that the cost of the work was a bit over priced, but I will work on that for the future projects. I definitely recommend him for all home improvement projects!

Juan was outstanding in his customer service, professionalism, cost and quality. He went out of his way to ensure we were satisfied with his power washing work. A true professional who delivers what he promises. We will be using his services again!

JC is a busy man and rightfully so, he does great work and charges a fair pair for the wide range of services he provides. I would highly recommend JC and continue to use him down the road.

Awesome! Same day service. Installed over the range microwave.
