The Spa Shop Plus of WI

Jeremy, the manager, is a swindler. He appropriated the spa that we had him take back to sell on consignment. It sat for a few years in his showroom, and we always checked back with him every 6-12 months to see if he had any interest. We agreed to reduce the price multiple times, and when we called back this last time (Feb 2021) he claimed to not know who we were, or that he ever had the spa. I asked him to please look up the file on us, gave the name, address, dates, model, and make of the spa, and he claimed it was impossible to search for anything without the *VIN number*. While on the phone with him we scoured the documents he gave us, there was not even space for a VIN number to be entered. When I explained this to him he laughed, said *well that is too bad for you, is not it?*, and hung up. I tried repeatedly to call back, left messages, etc. no answer. It seems obvious now that Jeremy knew exactly who we were and deliberately told us he needed info that he purposely did not include on any of the paperwork. This man, and his company, are a criminal enterprise. AVOID THEM AT ALL COST! There are reputable companies out there but this is not one. Save yourself and stay away.

I LOVE telling this story: So my hot tub went down last year so I contacted the nearest shop, which was â  Hot Tub Medicâ  about 50 minutes away (I am quite rural). So after looking at my tub, the tech said, â  They donâ  t make this mother board anymore (the tub is 3 years old) so we will have to buy another mother board and retro fit it in which means Iâ  ll have to re-plumb the whole tub to accommodate the boardâ  OH NO!!! He gave me a quote of $1,000+. I said, OK, but I want to wait to schedule. So I called another place for a 2nd opinion, Spa Shop of Wisconsin, out of Milwaukee, 100 miles away. Tech came out from SPA SHOP, replaced TWO FUSES!!! And I was back up and running. Not only did they fix it on the spot, it only cost me their travel charge, $150, from Milwaukee! I WILL NEVER USE ANYONE ELSE AGAIN! Love ya guys, Jeremy, Duke and Alyssa XOXOXOXOXOX

They are reliable, on time, very conscientious, clean up is great, professional, and detail oriented.
