Write a ReviewFirst I contacted them and he immediately responded. He worked around my schedule to come out. When he did he explained everything to me and what he was checking for. He found the problem right away. He checked to see if he had the part with him which he did, gave me the price to make sure it was ok, and I was expecting to have to buy a new washer when mine is pretty new so I was happy with the price. He installed it showed me the problem another error came up it was just something that had to be cleaned out and he did that. He tested everything before he left. I did 5 loads of laundry since he left. Very nice guy Gary and would recommend them to everyone. Never had such good customer service & someone explain everything to me. Thanks Again. Craig was great- very easy to work with and repaired it quickly.
"He was amazing. Contacted me that morning, came over that afternoon, then explained everything he did. He even gave me pointer on how to tell if my issue was ice build up or something greater." He also guaranteed his work so if I had anymore issues, feel free to call.
He offered great service and was very helpful!
Good service on a complicated LG washer that others would not attempt to repair. Craig kept me informed on a part that had to be ordered and explained what was involved so that I could understand it. The washer is working like a charm now.
Craig did his best to fix my problem. Unfortunately, my fridge had a leak inside the insulated back wall, so he was unable to repair it. What I commend is that he did not just charge up my freon only to let the fridge die again on me down the road.
Nice quick response. Kind and polite tech. $130 to clean out a little door trap in the front of my cloths washer - 5 minutes. An excellent company would have said --- try this "in the front of the washer is a small door. Open it and clean the area. then try == call me back."
