Before hiring them my system was working, except for one zone I had shut down due to a busted pipe. I asked them to cap the zone if it was not working and remove the respective valve. They said the system was functional when they finished, but when I tested the system, one zone is not working. I reported the problem two days ago via text, but they did not bother answering. Stay away from them, apparently their price is better, but obviously in the long run you will have to pay a real expert to do the job.

I got connected with The Sprinkler Man yesterday and I paid him $150 for an estimate that he said he would have to me by yesterday evening or this morning at the latest. I have not heard anything from him and he wont return my calls or texts. I believe Ive been scammed by The Sprinkler Man, and I dont want anyone else to be treated this way.

Spent 300 dollars to have indexing valve replaced. The sprinkler man rescheduled many times but did eventually show up to do the work. Work was completed while I was away from the home. Once I returned home I tested each zone. One zone had a very bad leak at the index valve. I attempted to contact the sprinkler man via text many times with no answer. I called and he did answer. He said he would be out within the next two days to fix the issue. The sprinkler man never showed up and is ignoring my texts once again. If you want quality work that a company stands by do NOT hire the sprinkler man!
