Jim Avila from Sprinkler Specialist responded to my request for service the next day after I had sent it in. He investigated the excessive use of 7000 gallons of water in one month by my system.. The Town suggested the lightning may have been the cause. He replaced 7 sprinkler heads that were damaged and the controller also; all in the one visit. Jim is very knowledgeable, friendly and always on time. His work carried a 2 year warranty. I would hire him again and recommend him very highly to my friends.
