Very pleasant and professional. Stain Pros responded and came to our home within 2 days of our request for service. We would have given all 5 stars, but the carpet, although very clean, was left very wet. It took 2 days to dry with fans and AC running. But once dry, the carpet was fresh and clean!

Iâ ve never had such a thorough cleaning of our outdoor furniture cushions. Christy( I think that was her name) was so polite, and so thorough. Our furniture looks brand new. I will definitely use her again.

My carpets were really dirty and had stains and some spots like gum or candy. I have cleaned them myself before and had them come out looking good. But, this time I had to have them professionally cleaned due to my lease stating so. I was told when I called to set it up that they would come through with a stain remover, then with a deodorizer, and lastly clean the carpets. He went through one time. Nothing came up and it did not look any different than before he got there. He told me that he had done everything he could for me. I was going to clean it myself and post before and after pictures showing his work and mine but with moving I ran out of time. I was not happy with the results at all and would not recommend them.

The film that I had on my tile was greatly reduced although not completely gone but it looks much better. The technician recommended another process to restore the original vivid color of the grout but for now Iâ m happy with the result.

They did an ok job. I was moving into a house recently purchased. There were stains in a few places. Informed them upfront. Once the job was completed, I had to purchase products to remove stains myself. I was successful but thought it would have been addressed since informed upfront. They were on time and courteous. I just had to go behind them myself to address problem areas. No complaint about general cleaning.

We just moved to the Pooler area. The seller had a dog and the house had a terrible odor. Victor came over with his equipment to clean and treat the carpet. My house now smells fresh and clean. What a phenomenal job he did. I would use them again and again. Thanks for a job well done!

The technician arrived early and was very professional and knowledgeable. He was friendly and explained things in a way that clear and concise. They were able to remove all stains except a blood spot. The technician was efficient and thorough. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Scheduled right away, but was nearly 2 hours late (though he did call to say that he was having truck battery problems). The carpet was left very wet and was told that it would take 6-8 hours to dry and that we should leave the thermostat at 72 if possible.

Stain Pro's were on time and did their best to clean our very soiled chairs. Although they did not come completely clean, they did all they could.

Set up an appointment ... they came when expected, and did a very good job. That is all one can ask for.

They were so helpful and got pet stains out of a carpet that I couldn t do on my own. They were all friendly, professional, and got the job done quick at what I would consider a very reasonable price!

Overall very pleased. The carpet was very wet, it took more than 24 hours to dry.
