Mel gave a 2hr window for arrival, showed up w/in the window. Cleaned our sectional & living room carpet as well as a spot of hair oil my daughter spilled in her room. He was able to completely remove the oil spot however due to the wear on the carpet & a couple of spots on the sectional he wasn't able to remove all however not for lack of trying. All else came out great. I did take until the next day to throughly dry but we are now enjoying our clean living room.

Mel was on-time and thorough. He insisted on moving furniture and doing other heavy prep work with no help from me. I will definitely call him again.

When I contact him I asked if he needs to see my furniture prior to give me price or even to see if the cleaning was possible. He said no. Turns that the stains didnt come out as I though. So he gave me a discount. He worked for 2 and half hours. He seems a honest person but I just think that he could told me whe he saw the sofa, that the stain will not come out. With his experience he should know about it. I could do that "cleaning" myself.

I booked The Steam Master and was given a four hour window of arrival . They arrived between the hours stated they would. Mel was very friendly and courtous and answered every question I had. Carpets dryed within a couple of hours and smelt very nice. Had my carpets cleaned in the past by another company and had a horrible experience. Mel was very personable and did an Awesome job. Would recommend his services to anyone looking to get their carpets cleaned.

He showed up over 45 minutes late, he did call to tell me he would be late. He had no name on his truck to ID the company. My carpets took 2+ days to dry out, I have never had that before even on humid days.

"Unfortunately we are unable to control traffic conditions (all appointments are scheduled in 2-4 hour windows no direct times given ). Carpets tend to take a longer to dry when it is raining (customer was advised of this and told to turn on central AC to increase increase dry time ). In regards to the no name on truck we are in the process of re-signing. Thank you for your feed back and business."

the clening part was good however he was so late one day i had to schedule for the next day....and he was late again.

"We had agreed upon an appointment between 12pm and 2pm called client at 12:15 pm stating we were in route.Customer rescheduled for the next day. Appointment was set between 9am and 11am arrived at customers home at 10am. All appointments are made within a two hour window. Clients are called the day prior for confirmation of appointment and called to confirm the day of scheduled appointment."
