I felt that $185. was way too much to clear a simple clog. This experence will promote me to purchase my own 100 ft. power snake. It will easily pay for itself after clearing two clogs.

Plumber Mark was professional and courteous, handled the drain issue and toilet valve quickly and correctly. I would have gave them 5 stars except they were supposed to send someone out the next week to install faucets, but they never showed and when I emailed the office, they said they completed the original appointment but when I asked if they were going to come back they never replied. So I ended up having to hire someone else for the 2nd part of the job.
