The Super contacted me within minutes of my online request, looked over the project, gave me an estimate, and returned the next day to successfully assemble the piece of furniture I needed assembled. He was considerate enough to phone me when it turned out he was running a little late. I will keep him in mind for future proects.

My handyman was here for 4 minutes and I charged the full $70. Seems like there could be a prorating when the appointment is under 10 minutes.
