"I'm sorry you were not happy with our service. From my understanding your liner did not have one single issue. If there was you never let me know about it. I informed you. you needed liner tracking all around which we did not talk about doing for you with no charge. Not sure how I gave you attitude but we seemed to leave off on a good note. Again sorry you were not happy . We hope to hear from you Again soon if you ever need our assistance . Also no one stretched your job. Sometimes liners take longer then expected. This has to do with the manufacture not our company ."
"Hey, jack. Sorry, you are not happy with the service. We installed a liner for you last fall. No issues with the liner occurred for months after the installation. Our company did not winterize your swimming pool which we are not sure if you did or had another company that could have caused the issue you have with the liner currently, we are not sure what occurred after you had the pool winterized. We state in all of our contracts that liners have a factory warranty and should be covered by the manufacturer. This is a liner that has a 25-year warranty through the company that designed the product. We are just installers. The liner should be covered."
"The chemicals to clean your pool are $400. It would be more then the cost of the opening to have your pool fully cleaned. Ask any pool company they will tell you cleaning is not included in a pool opening. Wouldn't be a smart business move to lose $150 on a pool opening."
