Ms. Nelson is very nice and professional. She is a hard worker. My case was different from her other cases in that I am disabled and use a motorized wheelchair to get around my home therefore; my home must be organized differently than an able-bodied person. Given that fact, it is taking longer than originally thought to get the desired results needed. Despite that fact, I definitely recommend her. I have confidence she could complete the job but would require more time/money than originally quoted, and I am prepared to pay at this time.
